Nobody Needs To Be Fat Anymore 

This author spent years of dieting and regaining weight over-and-over again. Instead of losing the weight, she says that she was really always "DIETING-UP" until she gained more than 100 pounds. While weight loss for her was not really about her appearance, and she knows how AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL ALL PEOPLE ARE, she finally had to face the fact, that as she neared 70 years old, that her obesity was becoming a greater-and-greater health hazard than ever before.

At first she wondered how anyone could ever lose 100 pounds at the age of 70. But what she finally learned, and what she shares with you in her new book "Nobody NEEDS to be FAT Anymore" is the answer she waited for her whole life. She says that if she knew when she was 20 what she knows now about losing weight, that she might never have had a fat day in her whole life. She says that while she could never stay hungry enough, long enough, to lose enough(c), that she learned that successfully losing weight really means EATING MORE NOT LESS!! Dos and don’ts when you’ve been dumped 

This author’s years of teaching adult education brought her into frequent contact with students suffering the crushing effects of broken relationships.  In her work of supporting and counseling her students and others, she developed a useful list of helpful responses to the challenges facing those living in the aftermath of a painful breakup.

When her own life experience made her a survivor of the rejection and heartbreak of being dumped by someone she loved and trusted, she decided to share her list of helpful responses, in her book “Dos and Don’ts When You’ve Been DUMPED,” as an encouragement to others. 

While not a lawyer, doctor, or cleric, this author encourages those needing professional advice and support, to seek such services.  Her desire is that through lessons learned from the personal life experiences of others, that readers can find hope and encouragement as they succeed in overcoming their own relationship ordeal.

Virginia Kathleen Boyd has an incredible story to tell, and in her book “No Ashes for Me” she details her journey through her childhood in a violent, alcoholic home, the attempted murder of her mother and the suicide of her dad.  She was engaged to a Marine who was killed in Vietnam, and later married a man who hired prostitutes in the earliest days of her marriage.  Through all those trials and more, she found the grace of God in her life.  Her faith in God is her strength and courage, and she knows that while her life is filled with the good the bad and the worst, that through it all, her experiences have woven a tapestry of a WONDERFUL LIFE
